We adhere to our HSE Policy at all times and have an assurance process that confirms that key contractors and appointed operators working in our licensed areas can meet our expected HSE standard.
Activities should only be undertaken once the identified HSE risks are assessed, understood, and appropriately managed. We expect all personnel involved with Decipher activities to take personal responsibility for their own and the wider teams safety and to lead and promote safe behaviours. Every individual should feel empowered and is expected to STOP, review and take preventative or corrective action where an HSE risk or hazard has been identified.
Decipher has developed an integrated Safety and Environmental Management system (SEMS) with key Policies and Procedures that implements a Plan-Do-Check framework.
